Ronda has spent more than 30 years caring for children and providing household services for busy professionals, business people and single parents.  In addition to childcare and nanny services, Ronda has also built and managed two successful cleaning businesses in the Michiana area, so she knows what it takes personally and professionally to be a qualified childcare candidate, as well as a detailed cleaning service manager.

 

 

So how does Bentley Nanny Brokers, LLC, screen potential nanny and household staffing candidates?

 

 

BackGround Checks

Background checks are ordered specific to the counties that a candidate has lived and worked in. 

 

A national criminal search and sex offender search is also conducted, as well as Social Security traces to identify whether the candidate is legally allowed to work.

 

Bentley Nanny Brokers will also include driving records for all nanny candidates.

 

 

Work References

Bentley Nanny Brokers, LLC, will personally call a minimum of 3 work references.  By speaking to former clients of a potential candidate, Bentley Nanny Brokers will gather both direct and  indirect  queues as to former client's experiences during the reference process, making notes on the potential candidate's official file as to results of the references.  Ask us to see the background check and work reference files for each of your candidates.

 

 

In-Person Interviews

In-person interviews allow us to learn more about a a candidate, such as their body language, mannerisms, demeanor and appearance. Candidates must complete a questionnaire and agree to follow the policies and procedures of Bentley Nanny Brokers, LLC.  Professional and appropriate communication is an important element when choosing a nanny, so we are careful to monitor communication habits, as well.

 

 

Agency Acceptance

Those candidates who do not score in the highest percentiles in each of the above categories will not be added to the Bentley Nanny Brokers registry.
